The Egyptian Arab Co. for Development

was established In 1994 as an Egyptian joint-stock company, under law No. 159 for 1981. 

It is a company that works in the field of real-estate investment, with a capital of L.E. 100 millions. It is one of the  companies of Al-Nil Badrawi Group for Investment and Development, a group which includes many other companies, some of them work in fields that are integral to the activity of this company, such as building, contracting, ready-made concrete and information technology.

From the very beginning, the directors of the company have taken upon themselves the obligation of following a scientific method in management. Therefore, they entrusted the management to experts and specialists, who are reputed for their experience, qualifications and perfect performance of their jobs. With team spirit, the company has achieved a lot of practical success and social tame as one of the best companies of real-estate investment in Egypt.
